 No Littering Sign

On the 21st. day of November 2022, Danville Council passed Ordinance 2022-5 establishing a $250.00 fine for LITTERING in the Village of Danville. Signs were ordered and those signs have now arrived. We are posting this notice on our website so the public may be informed of this new law.  Once the signs are erected, enforcement of the NO LITTERING law will begin.
